This Isn't The First Time. (Issues with logging in.)

Didn't know if this went in Game Help or Site Help, since it goes for both.
Okay. Well.
I have a friend who made an account, named RainbowRebel. She registered, got the email, verified it, and even proceeded to play in the game. It successfully made the account and everything, and she even made her own character and played for a couple hours that day. (This was a little less than a week ago.)

Well, today she finally had time to play FH again, so she opened the game and logged in. Or at least, she tried to. It said incorrect password/username. She tried to log in 3 times, with no success. So she checked into her email, and confirmed that the user/pass she was entering in was indeed correct. She tried logging in again, and this time I watched her, and still no success. Then we went on to try to log her in to the forum to look around in the help threads, yet the forum also says that either the information was incorrect or the username does not exist. We know it exists, or at least, it did. Definitely.

But that's not all! This very same thing happened to me, when I had made an account called Mate Beggar. (I know there are people who can advocate for that. I remember I was a big hit in Fluorite.) I had played for a while on that account, and had a character named Jude. But one day, just out of the blue, there was no way to access Mate Beggar. Absolutely no way. It went down exactly the same way with RainbowRebel.

And yes, I did dig around the help threads, but I found nothing that relates to my problem; inability to log in on the game AND the site. Forgive me if there was some solution posted for this issue that I did not see.

Any way to fix this? It would REALLY suck to have to make a new account and lose the awesome name RainbowRebel and her character. If there is a solution, however, it would make both me and my friend ecstatic to get our accounts back.
Maybe I can get my ole account back, and that'd be great.

You should try to find the registration open and tell her to re-activate the account.

currently a few users and myself are having this glitch you must just sit tight i've PMed raz about it hopfully he will look into the issue reg has been a bit glitchy and all with peoples accounts lately and suddenly starts locking users out and/or deleting the accounts
sometimes even deleting them but not allowing you to use the original email again you used to re-make it i would say re-make a new email or two and just keep trying to remake it if it continues just hold tight and hope the glitch is looked into c: its surly a glitch, other users and myself are having the same issue.

This glitch has been around for like since December, but, like I said, if you find registration open, try to find the activation email and re-activate it, it happened to me, but fixed it by doing so.

EDIT: Try to do it now. Right now, it seems like it works still
