Problem with eye patch item

I have a problem with eye patch item. I downloaded Pawesome item pack. When I open it, to see what is in, I saw an eye patch item in, then I exported items to media>items. I exported two eye patch material files and one texture. But when I started the game, I couldn't find that eye patch item. I really need it. Do you know what should I do?

But the eye patch Material, Mesh and Texture into Media\Items again and replace them if it asks you to do so. Also check to see if the eye patch is in the item Coding if you haven't already done so; found in the main FeralHeart folder.
