Game Log in :(

I log onto the game with the correct username and password, I even changed my password and it still didnt work! but this keeps popping up:
"5 Fail attempts = 15 minute ban"
help?

May sound stupid but, have you made sure it is all completely correct, and caps sensitive? Is your caps or num lock on? I'd say if the problem continues to persist, contact a mod or admin. But considering you can log onto the forums just fine, it's unlikely it was a hacker or something of the sorts. Just might have type it incorrectly x']

Make sure that if you have a cap letter in your password or username that you cap them when logging in.
