I have a problem

I have a problem and it is bothering me ever since.
Every time i make a preset and upload it, (also to mediafire for others to download)
No one can see it.
now, ive been through this with them alot. if they have the right file, the right file name, if they set it in the right folder.
They have done everything right, but STILL can not see my preset.

this is bothering, since i have presets for more than 1 person. yet, i do not know how to contact anyone to figure out what the problem is.
ALL my codings are correct.
so i do not know whats going on.

i reset my acc. once to see if that might be the error. yet with no results.
please help, i dont know anymore!

The only reason that happens for is if you exported your preset while you had yourself logged in as some variation of your user name. Example I registered for the username MorbidDecadence but if I have myself logged in as morbiddecadence or some other variation of my correct username when I export and share my presets fhp file others will not see it.  Make sure you are exporting your preset as exactly the name you registered for so check caps etc. Also be sure that you're only giving your friends your preset's fhp file from your "preset" folder and nothin else.

Make sure you've uploaded it as a .fhp file c:

When you export the preset file, is your username as when you created it? Like, your not putting
Usernameything Instead of UserNameyThing ?

i have checked all of this, and to be honest it still did not work.

Are you're friends getting messages like "Unknown file"? If so refer to the quote below:

I think if you are getting a message like that, then there probably is something wrong with the file. Sometimes when files are to corrupted then systems like that may say "unknown file" I would perhaps ask the person who you are wanting to see and ask them to make another link. I prefer Dropbox or media fire for preset sharing stuff
