Arr, Stargazer speaks the truth.
Of course, it's perfectly understandable if your parents want to make sure your new computer stays safe from viruses-- it's a big investment, and you want it to last!
However, I assure you along with Star that there are no viruses in the original game download. Since you have a new computer, it likely will be able to handle and process gameplay a lot faster than your older one, so it's not like the game by itself will be very heavy on your computer.
Now, while I cannot promise that every downloadable modification for the game (like item packs, marking packs, and other non-official downloads for the game, which are made by users for the community-- not BY the game staff) will be absolutely safe, I haven't heard of anyone getting a virus from any downloads related to FeralHeart.
You are also free to download and save the game onto your computer, and run a scan on it with your anti-virus software, and you'll find that it is a very reliable and well-used download (downloaded thousands of times before), to also add onto my word of its safety.
So, I hope that in time your parents may consider allowing you to download it, since it will be safe for your computer. But even if not, we can always understand your wanting to take every precaution to keep your computer safe, as well.
If you (or your parents) have any further questions, you may always PM me or another staff member via the forum, and we'll be happy to help!
