Gimp won't load...again

So I recently got a new computer and downloaded gimp, it is stuck loading on Looking for Data and Templates.

*facepalm*

Anyone?

Right click the Gimp icon on your desktop then select "Properties". You should now see a box, click "Compatibility" then select the first tick box and it will enable the dropdown box. After that, just select what you are currently using (e.g. Windows Vista, Windows 7 etc..) then click "Apply" and "OK".
