Items.... [solved]

I wanted to have items. I found link to download. I downloaded them. I went to folder "Downloaded". I opened folder "items". I copied everything. I went to FeralHeart-> media->items. I put copied items there. I opened Feral Heart game. And..... NO ITEMS!

What's wrong?

There must be one more file its name should be items.cfg if you find that file place it on your normal feralheart folder and don't forget to restart your feralheart.

If you go to the items folder and see that you have placed everything (all files of items) there, you can check one more thing.

Go to (C:) Local Disk > Feral heart and scroll down till you see a .cfg file called "resources". Open the .cfg and scroll down. At the very end you will see something that will say:

[Items]
FileSystem=media/items

If it doesn't have it, go ahead and add this to your .cfg file, save the changes and then close it.

They aren't really meant to be opened to move it. .cfg(s) tell the game where to put the items on the player character's mesh. They aren't a folder, just a file. :3
Just export it to C: > Feralheart and volia! Yew have items. :3


If you want to truely open a .cfg to see coding, (Which is NOT nessassary) right click the .cfg, go to properties, and open with notepad.

(Starting over)

1. (You downloaded the item pack and saved it to the deaktop)

2. Open the .Zip (OR) .rar and there should be two files. A folder with all the items and a .cfg.

3. Export the folder's contents, not the folder it's self to C: >>> Feralheart >> media > items.

4. Export the .cfg (The whole thing) to C: > Feralheart and replace.

And I meant .cfg(s) in general.

Hmmm, is there only a folder in there? No file that looks like a piece of paper ir a notepad? What item pack is it? I'd try downloading another item pack.
