I just found about feral heart and made an account but when i tried to play it said i had been banned for 5 months. although I've never played, and I'm not lying, that would be childish. is this a common problem or should i tell the staff? let me know wha

Discussions about kicks/bans are not to be discussed in publicity. As stated in the rules.
It'd be best you PM a staff member and tell them of your situation.
