About Our Land:

Our hideaway lies within the Chamlek valley, alongside the Scarling river. Our land is full of dangers, Wyverns are known to hunt our kind as a source of food. Our land is made up by a dense forest to the east, a clearing to the west, the river to the north, and a outcrop of rock to the south. Our palace is surrounded by walls of rock put up by our ancestors. The engravings on them tell our story, how we have survived for centuries.

About Our Kingdom(Ranks, ceremonies, etc.):

Our ways are no doubt questionable by others. However, our ranking system is rather easy; Each rank below that of the high Court has a leader.

Lord- The male in charge of our kingdom.

Dame- The female in charge of our kingdom(wed to the Lord).

Advisors- Commonly messengers and spies for the High Court (Lord and Dame).

Hunters- train whole lives to become these, specialized fighters and gatherers of food.

Herbalists- Gather herbs and species for terms of healing, mediciners of the kingdom.

Blacksmiths- Make weaponry and armor for the Hunters and High Court.

Apprentices- Without a name, they are training to become one of the above. are called pup, then a number following, numbered by order born

Elders- Retired from one of the above, too old to work, help train apprentices.


The Naming Ceremony:

Children first born into the kingdom are born without a name. In The Order of Chamlek, a name must be earned, and you must prove you deserve a name. This is done through relentless training. Once you have proven you deserve a name to the High Court, if you are a male, the Lord with perform your Name Ceremony, if you are female, the Dame will do so.
How does a naming ceremony work? The apprentice is trained in the class that they will specialize in. As the ceremony begins, the members of that rank will bring forth items, placing them around the apprentice. After all items have been brought, the Lord or Dame will draw blood from the apprentice, letting the blood fall on an item, or items. The item(s) the blood falls on, will be the name given to the apprentice. After a name is given, The apprentice bands that item around their neck, keeping it for life, as proof they earned their name.

(the names will not be just blatantly the name of the object, most likely, they will be characteristics of that object. So once you bring something to the ceremony, bring a something with many traits to it)

Laws of The Kingdom(And general rules):

~Respect the choices of the Lord and Dame, as well as your rank leader, they know best
~Do not throw a fit over your name, it has been chosen by fate
~Apprentices, respect all above you
~All must respect the elders
~Anarchy is frowned upon and those accused of causing an uprising or even mutiny will be imprisoned, and to the fullest extent, executed in front of the kingdom.
~The heir to the Lord's position is chosen by the Lord, or it is his son. The heir to the Dames position is chosen by the Dame, or is her daughter

(you guys know that we wouldn't put brother or sister in the High Court at the same time, that's icky. High Court must choose their son or daughter for one of the positions, once one position is filled by royal blood, then a member will be selected to fill the second position)

Timber wolf
Very observant but rather easy going, however a strict follower of the kingdom's guidelines. He takes nonsense from no one and will not hesitate to punish wrong-doers.
His earned name chose him well. He is light in color, a tan over coat with a lighter tan undercoat. His tins of blue tainted on his fur indicate his royalty. Though this brute may look old, he is a fairly young wolf.

Very quiet, but none doubt his intelligence. He often refuses to talk to anyone, and only to the higher-up ranks does he even mutter. Slither also likes to be alone, but he will act kind to those who disturb his quiet.

Item: A dead snake, which he now carries the skull of as a necklace.

Moses is calm, and quiet in most cases. While with someone from his clan, he is honorable, and very respectable to them. Moses has a good sense of humor, usually laughing at things that are not as funny as he thinks. Moses also has very strong feelings about his beliefs. When questioned about his belief, he will always back them up.
Moses has all black fur, a fluffy tail, and is a hard worker. Moses does not work well under pressure.

The names; pretty much message me a very unique name, like a characteristic of a common object. For instance, the lord's name is Whitewall(my character) his blood landed on a piece of rubble from the kingdom, and white sand. basically thats how it would work, or if your name was Fade, the blood of your character would of land on a faded object. I hope that makes sense >.<

Slither walked along the dirt path, his paws lifted from the pebbly path to shake a small twig from between his toes. The cougar looked along, and continued to the small, broken house, filled with a few flames. He walked in, putting down his small stones from in his mouth. As the young pup ran up to him, he simply nodded in agreement to the young one's statement, and walked back into his den to rest.

RolePlay sample: Marianna stepped out of her room and looked out onto the ocean which was hidden underneath a thick fog that covered the large amount of water like a blanket. "You really can't see anything tonight..." she breathed "perhaps hitting the hay would be the best option now." Carefully, the Maine coon tip-toed back into her cabin while trying not to trip on any bits and bobs that might be lying around. While blowing out the candle that looked like it might not last any longer, she slipped off her slippers and closed her eyes, thinking of the darkness that slept over the sea (This is from another group on another site ^^;)

RolePlay sample: Moses slowly pulled the weapons out of the water. The weapons had just been in the water to cool, after they were in the forge. Moses begins to drag the wet, silver weapons back to the clan. Moses watched an apprentice being trained. He remembers back to his day's when he were an apprentice. His master was Bane, and he taught him everything he knows. But, those were simpler times.
