Her happiness only lasted a few seconds, and suddenly a bright light appeared between her and Lance, flinging them apart. She looked up to see her brother next to the rest of her family, reaching out worriedly. She tried to stand again, but a loud booming voice filled the air She is not supposed to be here!. She was thrown backwards once more and the ground opened up, then she began to fall. She fell for what felt like hours, her ears suddenly becoming unclogged and she could hear what was going on outside, she could feel the floor and someone's hand on her chest. And then she was back in her cabin, screaming bloody murder.

David DeVille

David jumped in fright when Sam began to scream "Hey!" he said as he picked her up and hugged her "It's okay! You're okay." he said as he tried to calm her down. When she had stopped her released her "We thought we lost you." he looked at her, his face serious "Why didn't you tell anyone about your injury." He pointed to where the gash used to be. David had only known her for a short time but he had already developed an attachment to her, if she died he would be devastated. David turned to the doorway where Megan was standing "Hey baby girl, come here." he said as he opened his arms. Megan quickly ran over and jumped into his arms, she looked at Sam with curiosity. Before David could introduce her to Sam four Black SUVs began to fill the drive "Dammit." he growled as he looked at Sam. "Go with Sammy, okay Megan?" Megan hesitated but nodded. David gave Megan to Sam "You get everyone out of here okay?" He looked outside again, there were a whole fleet of men outside, all wielding assault rifles and wearing armor. He turned to Sam again before hugging them both tightly, he didn't want to let go but he had to. His voice was shaky as he spoke "I'll come find you when this is over.."

"Hey..did we order pizza?" Flynn called out from the living room, noticing the SUV's from the window. "Oh..no no, we didn't. That's not pizza..Hey guys!" He yelled out again, "I think we need to get a move on!"

Ginger rushed down the stairs with Jackson behind her and looked out the window. "Oh god!" She gasped and backed up. "Where else is there to go?" She questioned whoever worriedly.

Del was in the cafe now and was on her laptop and listening to music. She glanced up at the TV while typing and pulled out her ear buds at what she saw. A huge fleet of men all in armor and weildig weapons were heading towards a cabin just a mile out of town. She stared in awe at the sight and watched.

Sam began to calm down in David's arms, her breathing slightly erratic and shaky. "I was an Angel David... I was in heaven..." She began to sob into his chest, she had seen her family, but she had been ripped away. Then she heard the SUV's pull up and she went rigid. "David! David don't you dare leave this-" he walked out the room, leaving her with Megan. She turned to look at the child "You heard your daddy, come with me" she said sweetly.

David ran downstairs "Get out of here. All of you!" he ordered as he grabbed the two rifles and slung them over his shoulders. He could hear Megan calling him so he ran back upstairs "Daddy, I'm scared." she cried. He frowned and jogged to her "You're such a big girl, I'll be back soon." He kissed her forehead before looked at Sam and kissing the top of her head "Keep her safe." he said as he exited the room again. He ran outside "Hey! Over here!" he yelled as he ran into the trees "We have a target, do we engage?" he could hear them as he ducked behind a fallen tree "No! Do not engage! We need them alive!" He turned the safety off on one of the rifles and raised it, aiming at the men. He began to fire, sending the men behind cover "We are taking fire! I repeat, taking fire!" David stopped firing, he waited for them to leave their cover "This is a hostile target! Shoot on sight!" David growled and began firing again. His eyes kept looking at the cabin "Hurry guys, get out of here." he said to himself as he kept the men's attention on him.

She quickly picked up Megan and a bag full of clothes and ran downstairs to find the others "Everyone out! The back door!"  she opened the door and tumbled out, setting Megan down on the ground "Can you be the doggy for Sammy? Be the doggy!" she said, taking the backpack of her shoulder and tying it to her leg firmly. She then shifted into her wolf form and waited for Megan.

David could barely see Sam behind the house with Megan, he sighed in relief and kept shooting at the armed men. Soon enough his gun began clicking, it was out of ammo "Dammit." he scowled as he fumbled around for the other rifle "He is reloading!" he heard one of them yell "Come on.." he said as he clipped the mag into the receiver. He jumped up and began to fire again, he was able to hit two of them but the others ducked behind cover again. David took cover behind the tree as the soldiers fired back, he took in a deep breath and stood back up but took a bullet to his right left shoulder. He yelled in pain as he hit the ground "He's hit!" David quickly got back up, he was determined to make sure his friends got away. He raised the rifle once more and fired the rest of the mag into one soldier. David threw the gun as he sat behind the tree, he held his wounded shoulder and got up and ran. Suddenly, a helicopter hovered over him, a news chopper, giving everyone in town live footage of him. He shifted into his wolf form to move a little faster, he could hear the men behind him as they pursued him. He howled in pain as a bullet made contact with his hind leg "He's almost down! Take him out!" Suddenly, a wall of bullets came flying at him, he was quick to jump behind a tree, shifting into a cougar he climbed the tree and settled on a high branch. He watched the solders below as they looked for him, just a little longer and he could get back to Sam and Megan.

(Since Megan is an NPC you can make her do things as well, btw)

Ginger nodded to David and ran to the back doors waiting for the rest of them to get down there. She flinched as she heard gun shots. "We need to hurry.." She followed after Sam and glanced around.
