Can ye' not log into the game itself? Or?

Edit: Also, I do believe this thread belongs in the Game Help section of the forum if it involves the game itself. Next time be a bit more careful as to where ye' post yer topics if so.

Well, for one, everything is black. I can only see my character and the empty chat box.

You might have a wrong download, try uninstalling and the reinstalling the game again!

I see. Well, to keep it simplistic, try checking out this thread Ms.:

Click here.

Be sure to scroll down to "Game is not starting or having graphical issues/glitches" and follow the steps listed if yer havin' said situation. Ye' might need to change yer renderin' subsystem or update yer graphics card. There's also a chance yer computer/laptop cannot handle the game if the problem continues, as unfortunate as it is madam.
