Ah, it opens at completely random times. You just gotta catch it open xD

The registration is open for two hours everyday. The hours open at random, and there is no way to tell when they will open.
The registration was open. 24/7, but to many players were joining at once.

I'd recommend refreshing every hour or so, and make sure you have a email!
