Cannot connect to front server

Not entirely sure what is going on here anymore, I've stopped using wireless internet and just stayed hooked up to ethernet, It worked for a while but now even with the ethernet cord and everything else working, Feral heart just will not let me log in anymore, It was working earlier but now not even switching the rendering option fixes it. My internet's working completely, no programs are up in the background, the site says the game server is still up, and my firewall isn't blocking it. Doesn't work on wireless either. So i'm confused, can anyone help me?

Try to change your password, but don't make it too long.

Anyone else got any ideas? I've tried everything from restarting my computer to trying my other account and even disconnecting and reconnecting the internet, Nothing is working.

Failed to connect to front server is another funky message you might get. Most of the time you get this either when your internet is down or the server is down completely. It can also be that your firewall or any other security software is preventing FeralHeart from accessing the internet. If it's the server and not your internet it should be sorted shortly and be back up and running, if it will be down for longer times the staff will let you know.

If the server is up though for a longer time, and you're still having issues to connect, you should follow the tips mentioned in the post "Unable to log on/go online" above, and if that fails to work. Contact those responsible for your internet or maybe someone that knows more and are able to help you.

I've already checked all that, but nothing seems to work, my internet provider says that everything is up and working... My internet provider has said everything is working as it should be so it's got to be something with the game, someone please help. .-.;
