Help! I cant play or even get on!

I download it try to play it then after i press the thingy you pick when you first click it. It closes itself out. I downloaded the torret, it didnt help. I dont want to undownload it again im retrying downloading it again also if it goes to that black thingy when i play what do i do?

Uninsall FH.
Then, download the FH Game Setup (Not patch or torrent) from another browser. (Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Proceed with the download and save it to your desktop.

When it's finished, right click either the setup or the game and click, 'Run as administrator.'

It wont work now on my other computer i tried it and the torret and patch also but it didnt work
