Registration Closed?

I've got a friend who wants to play this game, and the registration seems to be ALWAYS closed. So what's up with that?

Either way, the registrations do open at random times.
Keep in mind that they are only open for approximate 1 - 2 hours a time.

Regirstation is not always closed.

I know when its open, It normally opens at 2:00 to 7:00  at the UK, so if you live in the UK then wake up at 2:00 ok hope that works  ;D
