FeralHeart download is malicious?
« on: February 25, 2014, 12:21:38 am »
So I've had FH for a while on my laptop, and now that I've got this new PC, I've gone on to download it on here. However, after coming back to check on the download, I noticed that Chrome dumped the file and says it's malicious. I tried hitting the Recover Malicious File button, but Chrome insists that it's malicious and will harm my computer. Honestly I'm too chicken to recover it. So, what do I do? I'd really like to play FH on my new PC.

Not at all. So long as you are downloading the game from this site you're fine. Many anti virus software are sensitive to Feral Heart although it isn't a virus nor does it contain any. Just temporarily shut off your anti virus software on your pc before downloading and turn it back on afterwards.

I hope you don't also have Norton Internet Security installed, for it blocks uncommon downloads and sends false reports. As Sura stated, turn off your Anti-Virus software before downloading it and turn it back on afterwards. FeralHeart isn't malicious and if it were Kov wouldn't have let us download it. Also, have you tried getting on  Internet Explorer or downloading a new web-page browser?
