Still nothing. The same thing happens... And my computer account is set up as an administrator

Make sure you're graphic cards are alright. Etc. (I forgot the spelling).

When you uninstall the game, make sure you delete EVERY folder.
Then re-install. Even if you are logged in as administrator, you should always right click the installation and choose "Run as administrator"
