Appearance: Short in height and lightweight, slim in appearance. Stubborn looking eyes and grim expression, she tends to have an unfriendly vibe due to her lack of smile. Long blonde hair with straight bangs. Blue eyes, pale skin, closet usually consists of dark clothing such as hoodies that hide identity. She tends to keep hidden and likes to stick within the shadows. (will do photo later)

Species: human

Brief History: Shade grew up in a small town, her brothers and sisters older than her, teaching her the importance of standing up for yourself. Her parents were military material and expected everyone to be little soldiers, throwing them into the footsteps as military material as well, resulting in Shade's tough attitude and unfriendly vibe despite her size. Growing up wasnt always easy, being a loner and all but she managed and taught herself many things along the way. She is quite handy in battle situations.

RP Sample: Her heartbeat rised and her hot breath steamed into the chill air. The mutant closed in on her inch by inch, ugh when is he going to give in? that was her last thought before she herself gave in. Shade's knees buckled under her and caused her to tense up, tripping over and skinning her side. An infected hand grasped her ankle. With one swift motion the battle ready and bruised teen kicked the mutant off, causing it to let out a screech of anger. A slight grin smeared across her face, "not this time..ill fight until the very end." (short and sweet, kinda rushed it)

Character Name: Cassidy Xander

Appearance: Cassidy has black hair with bangs that cover her right eye. Her eyes are a pale green and she's slender. Her height isn't very tall but it's average for her age. She wears a pair of jeans and usually a tank top, but she'll wear whatever she can find. Her skin is sun-kissed and she likes to think of it as perfect.

Species: Human

Brief History: As a young child she lived a happy life or so people thought. She went to school, played games, had birthdays, sleepovers. She was a rather normal child in other peoples eyes. What they didn't know was her life at home. Her family wasn't very wealthy and they would often go to sleep at night with rumbling stomachs. Eventually someone caught on and called social workers, they took her and her little brother, Jacob. She was 12 then and her brother was only 6. He didn't know that they would never see their parents again. After over a year in an orphanage she and her brother were adopted to a family with three kids. All three older than her. They taunted her and made fun of her. She finally couldn't take it and turned to the streets. At the age of 17 she had joined a gang and gotten into trouble with the police. She was in jail for a year at one point and that only made it worse. When the apocalypse hit she stuck with her gang of friends but they didn't last long and she eventually made up her own group of survivors and has protected them since.

RP Sample: Cassidy sat in the corner of an old run down building. There were a few people around her. They were her group and she had vowed to protect them. At her side was a younger kid at the age of 11. He was asleep and leaning against her. She was only 19 but could still remember her brother...Those mutants got ahold of him and ripped his young life away. She wasn't around to save him, only came back to his mutalated body. Cassidy huffed and stood up, gently laying the boy down on the ground. She walked to the door- or where there should be a door. She leaned against the door way and looked out into the streets, All was quiet but that was subject to change when the sun went up. Cassidy pulled out a pocket knife and an apple from her bag and cut a piece off. Just then she felt a tug on her shirt and looked down to a see a young boy, no older than 5. "Can have a piece..?" The boy asked shyly. She didn't know all of their names but she knew this was Caden. She smiled and knelt down, cutting a piece off and handing it to him. It was pretty large, almost half the apple. "There you go." She said with a nod. He grinned from ear to ear and scampered off, letting out a sort of whisper that was meant as a thank you. Cassidy sighed and began to eat the apple again, this time leaning against the wall and zoning out, her mind deep in thoughts.
