Help with ScreenShots

I'm not sure if this belongs here, but i couldn't find a better spot to put it.


Ok, here is the deal, I just learned how to take screenshots a few days ago, but all the menus are always in the way. My question is that I was wondering if there is anyway to hide all the menus on the screen. And I mean the main menu bar in the bottom right hand corner.
