FeralHeart will not install

Well, title says it. I made a map for my pack, went into the map, my game crashed, could NOT get back on it (as soon as I opened the launcher, I waited for a few seconds and it suddenly said 'FeralHeart.exe has stopped working.'), so I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it, I pressed Run and it said something about a Shell...not working. Please help. x.x Im really worried.

Re-uninstall FH completely. Save any maps, presets, etc to your desktop, then go to this site and only download either the PC Setup (NOT torrent or patch) or the MAC setup.

Also, if it still crashes, go into C: >>> Feralheart >> media > particles Nd delete any ending in _0, _1, and so on.

Also, try changing your rendering system by following this: Clickie

Also try downloading the game from another browser such as Firefox. The setup could be corrupted.
Edit: I just saw you edited your post from the original, and I have never seen that error. o-o I'll look into that.

Yes, but I did uninstall FH completely (I think), and it still came up with the error.

Try lowering your firewall and antivirus and then reinstall again. Maybe they're blocking the program.
I'll edit this if I find anything else.

Edit: Do a full virus scan. There's a slight chance it's a virus, but it's not likely. If you do not have an antivirus, I'd recommend MalwareBytes.

Where can I find my firewall settings? (I don't usually mess with Firewall, so I wouldn't know)

To change your firewall settings, click on start then control panel. Click on the firewall icon. This will open up your settings for the firewall. Choose and select what you want to change, save and close.

Alright. Now, what am I supposed to be unblocking or lowering? Like, it comes up with a list of programs to allow.

That's probably why it's not working. Download the PC version (Feralheart Game Setup). What type of computer do you have (not operating system).

Once you download the correct setup, run the .exe and install it into your C: Drive. Once you finished that, there should be no problems.
