I can't log in

I've seen that this problem is quite common. I've had a FeralHeart account for a few months now and I have been able to log on at leisure. So, I went on a four day long holiday and I accidentally left the game on during that time. When I returned, I shut down my laptop and now whenever I log into FeralHeart, it says that I cannot log into the server. I have tried stopping my firewall from blocking it but it still doesn't work. It's been like this for about a month now.
Do you have any idea about what I should do?

Arr, the only cause of said situation that I thoroughly know of would have to be yer internet connection and/or router. I do know it isn't the server itself for it has been runnin' quite dandy as of late. I advise checkin' that yer thoroughly connected to yer wifi as it may be some kind of wireless interruption that's restrictin' ye' from accessin' the game.
My apologies if this was of little help. I bid ye' good luck in configurin' out such a misfortune.

I've tried resetting my internet connection. It's fine as of late. The same as it was before when I was playing it.
It's okay, I'll just wait for another reply :3

Have you tried turning your internet router off for a minute then turning it back on? I'm afraid that's all I can come up with for now =/

If nothing works then try a complete reinstallation of the game. It's a measure no one is willing to take but in some cases, it's necessary.

I tried everything, including redownloading the game and nothing works. I cannot access it at all.
Should I consider getting a second account?

From what I understand is that you left your game playing while leaving for 4 days, and when you came back and shut your computer down you couldn't log on later. It goes on for a month and you can't do anything in game. Right?

Firstly I would like to know what message pops up while you're trying to connect.
Is it one of these? If yes, which one?
- Incorrect username or password. (5 failed attempts causes 15min ban)
- Failed to connect front server
Or does it crash when you try to log in?

There may be a way of fixing this issue.
1. Uninstall FH completely, make sure there is no mods, presets or anything on the Local disk (C:/)
2. Download Feral Heart using the torrent, not the normal download.
3. Download the patch just in case something goes wrong.
4. Try getting into your account with the correct details.

There isn't much more I can do in this case, but I hope at least one thing in this message helped you with the game.
