O_O I'm extremely sorry for not posting, as I have been caught up in homework recently. So.. Eh... Here. xD]

The tired she-wolf didn't run for long, as she was trying to save stamina. Each time Aki stopped she rested. After taking a drink, a horrid stench hit her nose. //What the?// Aki thought, and began to follow the odd stench. The scent led deep into the forest, and veered sharply away from her set course. By the time she thought that the stench had faded, other live scents appeared, and near by. Aki broke through the last layer of trees and saw two live wolves, as well as a pup. There was a white wolf who smelled like an infected dead on the ground, with the pup next to it. Aki had a weird look on her face. "Am I interrupting? I can always leave," she said, and took a few steps back.

Because yes, everyone needs Canada in their signatures.

Nik's head was still lowered to look at the pup when the new wolf appeared.  He looked up without moving his head and smiled.
"Oh, hello."  He said.

The youngling looked up at the male. "U-Uh.. I'm A-Ambre.." She turned her head to look at the she-wolf. "I don't.. even know who any of yew are.. I thought dis dead meanie was fwood.." Ambre stuttered, slowly pinning her ears against her skull and tucking her tail between her legs, as a sign she was weak. (Sowwy for the short post)

[[Sure that's great, I guess I'll go ahead and post]]

Akira

Before she could continue forward the sort of familiar voice of the male rang through her ears, he seemed to be telling her it wouldn't be safe to go on her own-but Akira had different instincts and knew she must go-her brother was somewhere out there and she wanted to find him. Turning her head slightly, her gaze rested upon the brown male who was still hidden in the shrubs "Yes, I know its dangerous out there..." she mumbled, but quickly continued after a sigh "But my brother is somewhere out there and I must go and find him." but suddenly something interupted-what looked like a small pup and soon a larger wolf. Smiling she half turned "Nah that's not food, the stench is to unbareable. You best find someone to stay with pup, its a dangerous world..." her voice soft but dominant as she nodded at the three.

Turning away she slowly stalked onward, her intentions were to find her brother and she wasn't stopping for anyone. He was the only family she had left and she wasn't going to let this slip-it would be fantastic if they were reuinited. Allowing her tail to flick back and forth against the light breeze that swept through her pelt the she-wolfs broad paws pressed against the ground, leaving large paw prints printed in the soild-a few twigs snapped now and then as her weight caused them to. The continuous chirping of birds filled the almost silent forest and everything seemed a little off.

"Your going to get yourself killed!  Or worse!"  Nik called after her, but he didn't follow her.  He looked back at the new wolves.  He would have spoke to the pup if the adult had not appeared.  He lowered his head to show submission.  He wasn't sure if this wolf was a threat but if she was he wanted her to know he wasn't going to attack her.  She didn't seem dangerous but he had to make sure.

Quick Info
My name is Riceo. I am five years old, and I am of the male. Currently, I am searching for my sister, Akira.

Branches whipped past Riceo's face as he swerved around a large oak tree. Small welts and cuts began to appear shortly, blood slightly oozing out of a few. His tongue lolled out, dry without water. Behind him, a small growl of frustration ripped out of the creature. Its large paws struggled to catch up with him as misshaped eyes popped out of its sockets. A strange and unwelcoming stench filled the area, causing Riceo to nearly gag. Shaking his head, he pressed forward, launching himself over a fallen tree. His paws let out a cry of pain as it forcefully slammed onto the ground, pricked by small, snapped twigs. His swallowed, hoping to receive a little moisture for his dry throat. However, the dryness stayed in his throat, not accepting the saliva. A scowl formed onto the black wolf's face. Any moment, he would have to pause to attack the creature.

Deciding to end it near a small clearing, he skipped to a stop, pretending to act confused. His shot wild glances around, before turning back to the creature. Putting on an act, he played coward - lowering himself and letting out a few whimpers of fake fear. Fortunately, the creature, who was a gray wolf, fell for it, and lunged. Immediately, Riceo sprang out of the way, hitting the side of his body on the hard ground. A sharp pain went up his side, but he brushed it off, scrambling up onto his paws. His tail rose - a sign of dominance - as the two circled out of each other's reach. When Riceo paused, the creature acted, springing towards him with such swiftness that Riceo almost had no time to dodge. Even as he did, the sides of its claws scorched his side - the one he had fallen on - causing him to wince and hobble away. It was such a pity to him. He had not laid any scores on the gray wolf, but it had given him two.

Snarling in disgust, he quickly shot forward, knocking down his opponent to the ground. A thrash of claws along with strong paws met his face, causing him to lean back in attempt to avoid it. However, his paws still pinned the wolf down, causing frustrated growls to come from the wolf. With its throat vulnerable, Riceo could easily snap it and kill it. But as he brought his head down to, a blurred yet white shape shot forward out of the corner of his eye. Taken by surprise, he remained still in shock as another infected wolf knocked him down, pinning him to the earth's floor. He released his grip from the gray wolf, and began to attack the one on him. However, with the two overwhelming him, he was left struggling the thin air as they began to round up on him.

Riceo knew he was overpowered. Determined not to go down without putting on a fight, or bringing one down with him, he began to muster his strength, and thrash out wildly, hoping to grasp any tender part or skin to break it or rip it. A few howls escaped the white wolf's throat, meaning he had successfully damaged it somewhat. Short triumph flared inside of the black wolf, but it was cut off when the gray wolf turned to him and lunged. This time, he sprang out of the way, his claws scraping heavily against the hard rock. A loud screech filled the air, causing him to wince, along with the other two. Yet, the two enemies never stopped to attack him, herding him from the thick dense of the forest to an opened - too openly area - rock-filled area. It was a chasm, to Riceo's disappointment.

Dismay began to fill him as he was pushed near the edge. He did his best to defend himself, but with two strong opponents attacking him from each side, he was weakened. A small whine escaped his throat, as his hind paw nearly slipped near the edge. Fear collected in his gut, slowly building higher and higher each time he was wounded. Thankfully, they were minor wounds, but he was sure it wasn't going to matter in the end. He closed his eyes, pausing from defending himself. Think, Riceo. A moment passed, before he slowly opened his eyes. Without warning or hesitation, he lunged forward, bowling the gray male over. Taken by surprise, the creature toppled over, stunned. Whipping around, Riceo acted upon the smaller white wolf, dodging her attack and sending her to the ground. Acting fast, he grasp the wolf's scruff, widening his eyes in surprise at its lightness. But he mustered his strength and hauled her over the chasm. Despite her kicks and struggles, he managed to bear them. With a push of his muscles, he thrust her over the edge, squeezing his eyes shut to bear the screech of fright which tore out of the white wolf's mouth as she slowly disappeared into the clutter of rocks below. A soft thud echoed back up, causing Riceo to stumble back in horror.

"Murder!" Riceo whipped around to face the white wolf. The words sounded more like a rasp of breath than a simple word, but either way, Riceo knew it was true. He had always been afraid to kill, since he would rather severely injure his enemy. Shaking the thought from his mind, he braced himself, preparing to meet an attack from the white wolf. However, much to his surprise, the creature turned and ambled off, limping slightly. Obviously submitting to his win, it disappeared behind a few large rocks.

Riceo slumped down near the chasm, suddenly feeling the aches and stings of his wounds. He glanced down at the chasm for a moment, before picking himself up. Closing his eyes, he blindly led himself back to the forest, depending on scents and noises. Once he arrived, he curled near a small tree, deciding to tend to his wounds later. However, the sharp stench of the infected wolfs' blood still lingered on him, nearly causing him to gag in disgust. Shaking the feeling off, he laid his head down, staring up at the thick leaves on the tree in front of him.

Akira

A faint voice echoed behind the she-wolf as she had wondered off, it was the male from earlier-who seemed concerned about others going off on her own. But she had a valid reason to do so. Lifting her head and turning it ever so slightly she replied "I'll be fine!" she barked-one most different to females barks, it was more deep yet soft. Chuckling lightly to herself with a smile she glanced into the distance, then coming to a sudden stop "I hope so..." she mumbled flattening her ears for a second as she inhaled the scents, but for now she could only get the smell of the wolves near by and the stale scent of the dead, mutated creature that was laying limply on the ground.

Sighing, a shrug soon took over the she-wolfs shoulders as she hurried off again. Large, broad paws thudded against the foliage of the forest-fallen branches from trees cracked beneath her heavy paws as she trudged onward. A light breeze continued to linger through the empty forest. Every thing seemed quiet and the silence was quite enjoyable but somewhat creeping her out, ears erect and claws ready Akira moved quickly and quietly.

The sudden sound of a hoot caused Akira to skid to a halt, a growl rumbling up her throat as she glanced up into a tree "Dumb creatures, always seem to..." but suddenly Akira was cut off by the near by sounds of howling-her brows furrowing. All muscles tensed as a growl once again rumbled through her throat, but this time escaping and echoing through the hollow forest. Saliva dripped down the she-wolfs lips as they curled back-now aware and wary from the previous attack-blood still clumped in small parts of her fur and noticable soon to be scars across her cheek and paw. Hearing a yelp she launched forward.

But as she drew nearer and nearer everything went quiet-silence once again filled the forest. Skidding to a halt nothing was there, confusion filled the Timber/Grey as the only scent lingering was one to make her gag-obviously from the infected and another which smelt like a regular wolf? Raising a brow she plopped herself down. Tail straightened across the ground as she lifted a hid leg and seen to an itch that irritated her on the back of the ear. Letting out a sigh she took one last glance, but nothing. Lifting up she left again.

As much as Akira wanted to find her brother she also wanted to give up-although that wasn't in her blood to do so and she knew she wouldn't. She had been searching for a few weeks and only covered a small amount of ground thanks to the vast lands of forest. Allowing her tongue to slide across her lips Akira sighed once again, her tail gently swaying as she pushed through the shrubs "I'm never going to find him..." she mumbled to herself with her head slightly lowered-but raising once again. Extending her stride then pushing from her hind quarters Akira managed to launch herself over a fallen log-swiftly landing on the other side. Trotting onwards once again.
