I really need help!

Ok so I created my account when the registrations were open, and it went to the Email and we revieved it or wutever. It will let me log into the forum, but whenever I try to log in to the actual game, it says incorrect, and that if I keep getting it wrong it will give me a 5 minute ban. Plz help, I really want to play! And I enter what I use for the forum, so I know im not tryping anything wrong. I really want to play!

Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.


1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

Hope this helped. If anyone has any more tips to add, tell me and I'll add them.

Also make sure your username and password don't exceed over 16 characters, otherwise you'll need to create a new account. Registration opens randomly for about two hours. Good luck on catching the registration if needed!

Thx for the help but one question: make sure my user and pass TOGETHER doesn't go over 16 letters or SEPERATE? Sorry if this question waists your time, but I reallu want to play! Thx.

Make sure your password and username is not separated, and make sure that your username and password is not over 16 letters. If your user or pass is separated or over sixteen letters, I'm afraid you have to make a new account, that's what I got from it.

Neither one can exceed 16 characters, so, both together can exceed that, but one alone cannot. So, if your user was 12 characters and the password was 13 characters, you'd be fine. But, if they were like: user name: 17 characters; password: 19 characters, you'd need a new account, if that makes sense. xD

The registration opens every day for about 2 hours randomly. There's no way to predict when it'll open. Good luck!
