I would definitely snuggle a stranger if they were sad or something. After all, everyone is a stranger online until we begin to get to know them more. I've snuggled people in the past if I've noticed they seemed sad/lonely and a couple have just walked away or said "What are you doing?" This, obviously was very awkward for meh. But usually I'd just waddle away and tell them I was trying to help. o3o
