Lexicon's Sketches (Updated)

There isn't much here yet, but I'm hoping to get some art done of most of my characters. Right now I have two done.


This is Hakeem. He is an indecisive and insecure king. Dogs can probably be kings? Probably? Also he has legs.


And this is Solomon. I have another version of this drawing with wings, but I was not feeling those wings. Maybe someday I will redraw wings. Not today.
He's a demon? Maybe?


Finished up something of Rose.


Reed is really hard for me to draw for some reason. He is a merchant.

I really like yer art style, sir. My particular favorite thus far would be the piece ye' drew of Hakeem. Really impressive. It resembles that of the Egyptian culture with the attire he is sportin'. I look forward to seein' more from ye'.

Thank you all. Glad to see others like them.
I will try to have more up soon; school has essentially stopped, so I have some free time.

Hakeem isn't actually inspired by Egyptian culture; it may be because he looks a bit like a Pharaoh hound? He's actually meant to be a Xoloitzcuintle. The jewelry also wasn't meant to be of any specific culture. I just like decorative things. Egyptian jewelry would look quite a bit different. I try to stay away from designs based upon actual cultures unless they're my own, or if I'm able to do it justice, which I'm typically not.

Those artworks are truly amazing, I just love your style and all, I like your characters as well it has beautiful color schemes, I hope to see more.
