Login Trouble...

          I'm fairly new to FeralHeart, having moved here in early April following the shutdown of Free Realms as of March 31, 2014. When I registered, I don't remember receiving my token in my email, but I was allowed to play for almost exactly a month before I attempted to log in on about May 3, 2014. I had trouble connecting to the server for almost twenty minutes. Then, when I closed out my game, reopened and tried again, apparently my login information was incorrect (It wasn't. I checked.). I tried several more times and later checked to see if my profile would log into this site. When I did so, I checked 'forgot password', entered my email, and the system said that there was no account registered with that email. Now, I am on an alternate account that WILL log into the forum, but not the actual FeralHeart. I've browsed through the posts and tried virtually EVERYTHING I've seen that might help (my password and username for my original account are both well under sixteen characters), deleting every file and downloading again, but nothing works. If anyone who is more experienced with this type of thing knows what might be going on, I would really really really appreciate your help!

Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.


1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

Hope this helped. If anyone has any more tips to add, tell me and I'll add them.

Strange it isn't working for you! Maybe try lowering your firewall settings. If I find anything else, I'll be sure to inform ya'. ^^

Aye, if you don't activate your account, ti would seem as though your account works for a while but eventually stops working.
Simply send an email to [email protected], using the email that it linked to the account you want to activate and the server should automatically activate it for you. Though this could take up to a week so be patient with it and see if that works. ^^

Have you checked to in sure your not using your numlock/caps? The log in is sensitive to these, and well, wont let you log in wiff em. If you need more help, feel free to pm me hun, ill think something up for ya c:
