I stumbled - more like walked right into - onto this problem. I cannot sign into the game.

I checked if it worked on the forums, which it did, and then did the exact same thing in-game. It still had the message pop up. I don't know if I should uninstall it and then reinstall it, or what.

I believe the issue would be that your username has 16 characters or more.
