Help please?!
« on: July 05, 2014, 06:40:15 pm »
Hi guys! I recently learned how to do animated (scrolling) markings on a preset!  You see I got it correct and everything. But you see. I went to use a picture of water, and I did the coding right, everything, because the picture I used before that worked good. Now the water picture didn't. I got into the game, too the preset maker, and it crashed my game as soon as I hit the preset slot I was using. I tried a few other pictures. And it did the same thing. Then I went back to the original picture and it worked perfectly  fine. I was wondering if anyone could help me find out why it is, and post some pictures that are used for the markings that will scroll. Just post some pictures I could also use, that you know will work. I'd love help on this. Thanks! cB

Movin' this thread to the Game Help section.

While I'm not very familiarized with scrollin' presets, perhaps this tutorial I found will help. Mayhaps ye' have done somethin' wrong. I've never came across a certain image causin' one to crash completely so I'm a bit stumped. I thought all images worked if correctly done/placed. Could be wrong.

Mayhaps someone with a bit more experience when it comes to scrollin' presets will shed some light.
