3. First off, it's actually a tag with a pentacle symbol. It represents that she's a Familiar bound to a Witch. Only the witch she's bounded to can take the collar off. And funny you should say that, the collar was originally green. But she was first created in an Impressive Title Server, so i had to hunt to get my items. I ended up slaying a husky in Really Big one day and it dropped a Cyan collar. I was too lazy to kill another one to get a green one, so i took the blue one. So, to this day, she wears a blue/cyan one.
