game trouble

I'm having trouble with opening the game because whenever I open if up my computer says it has stopped working
 :'(  also i'm new to feral heart

Have you tried restarting your computer? It may help..also, welcome to Feralheart! We appreciate you here on the forums.

You may getting an ogre error, or missing a file. Try uninstalling and re installing the game.

I've tryed restarting the computer and the rendering system I don't know if I'm doing any thing wrong or if it's just my computer...... :-\


how do I unstall and reinstall the game again?
