Incorrect user/password?

When I type in my username and password it says incorrect username or password  what do I do?

If your username is more than 16 characters long, I'm afraid you'll have to wait for registration to open and get a new account. If it has symbols in it, it may be glitchy also.

If it is neither of these check to make sure caps lock isn't on and try to type it in again. Hope this helps!

You should be able to get into the game then. If it's still not working, then maybe you can check the email account that you have the account on and click the email where it's asking to verify your account. Check over the username and password and make sure you're typing it in correctly.

Are you sure you are entering everything correctly? If there are numbers in your username or password, don't use the numbers on the numpad, use the numbers above the letters on your keyboard. Hope dis helps!

hmm i'm typing it right and yes my password has numbers in it and I have been typing in the num pad so i'll try above the letters
