Character Limit * Solved *

hm, i'm not sure. it may be a problem with connection, because as far as i know there is no character limit- at least not one below 10. this usually happens to me when i have a bad/slow internet connection, but since you say it's pretty good on speed i dunno

That 'creating.... / Updating....' Has happened to me before. Every time it had something to do with my Wifi connection. Your computer may be fabulous- but is your Wifi? I suggest double checking to make sure that your connection is good. Possibly try restarting your computer, OR uninstalling then re-installing Feral Heart(make sure to save all important map, preset, items files before uninstalling). If you find that your Wifi is having problems, try restarting your Router, possibly unplugging than re-plugging your Adapter. That's as much as I know on this subject *shrug*

And trust me, 5-7 is NOT the character limit. I've never gotten a chance to clean my characters out before. Trust me that there is a limit hehe xP.

Indeed it does sound a bit derpy - you should be able to create more then 7 characters.

As Spottedbears stated it could be because of your internet connection, or if you're up to it you could try to re-install the game.

Aye, I do think the character limit is 15, correct me if i'm wrong ouo You should be able to edit, or create character at any time(creating ending at 15) Maybe try rebooting your computer or router, as the issue might be there as the others said before me. Or you can try a clean re install of the game. Just delete the entire folder and re install the game setup or torrent(whichever works for you ^^)

Thank you all very much for the help, I appreciate it.
I believe this problem actually started when I've re-downloaded the game, (for different reasons) so if that's the last resort I'll download that. But we did have our power go out for a few seconds here, so it might be that.
I'll mess around with the wifi box and also the game to see what happens. It could also possibly be the graphics I'm using messing the game up, since I'm using the lowest setting with Direct3D9, but I doubt that.
