No one, the password only you as a user can know and get a hold of unless you gave it away to someone else willingly when you knew it.

The only way to get password sorted if you locked yourself out/forgot your password for the account is to use the "Forgot password" function in the yellow box next to the banner on the site. Make sure you just send one request and then locate the email that was sent to the address linked to your account when you first registered it.

It's the only way to get a forgotten password sorted.

Yes, as Red stated, it's the only way.
If you didn't get the password wrong for your Forum user, then I suppose you can change your email in the 'User details' under your profile.
Also, make sure you're entering your password right and that the caps lock isn't on.
