Problem with map: Viscus Sylvae

I have been trying to get into this map but every time I try it says something about a server problem but my wifi's fine. I installed this map from a .exe file, and there's supposed to be more maps inside there. Every character I tried to enter there with is now stuck on the loading screen. How can I fix these problems?

Viscus Sylvae is quite a detailed map as I remember some posibilities are that your computer can't handle it like mine which is really old or the .exe file may have not installed everything properly. The .exe file most likely was a installer so that might have messed things up, I sugest trying to put all the files in the right places yourself, in the end its most likely going to be worth it if the map works or not.
