FeralHeart.exe Not working

Hey guys so this morning I wanted to finish a preset I was making and FH was working fine. Then when I exported the mane and went back on I put on preset_6, went to the wolf model, and clicked the mane I wanted to see how it looked on him. Then FH crashes with a grey screen saying Feralheart.exe not working. Is it because i used the feline mane and shade instead of the caninie one? (i didnt see them right away and I was too lazy) thanks for reading guys.

It has nothing to do with the mane shade, don't worry about that.

Okay the first thing you'll need to do: restart your pc. Once it has done so, open fh. You should see another thing pop up with all kinds of codes, keep an eye on that. Once it crashes, don't close fh! Screenshot the codes and send it to me in a pm, I will help you further!

FeralHeart.exe crashes because of "app hang b1". I don't know what it is, but it only happens when I use a certain character. The character is on a map so maybe that is why. How do I stop it from crashing?

Well, first thing you do, go to the user panel on the upper right corner of the site. There, you'll need to login again. Once you've done so, you can reset your character so they'll go back to lonely cave! Hope it helps.
