Hello,Please Somebody help me.
I created a acc when the reg was open,I activated it,When i downloaded the game and put my name and pass it said i was banned for 7 months 22 days 12 hours 2 minutes
When i did not even EVER play Feral heart
Please Help.

Hmm... it sounds like you have a little ban glitch. You shouldn't really have to worry about it though, if you didn't do anything. Try PMing an active moderator and they'll help you sort out the issue.

Also, I should probably mention that it states in the forum rules that discussions of bans are prohibited. You should avoid posting a thread about it.

Now, this may seem weird, but is your Malware protected? Your account could of gotten hacked like mine. Then once the user is in your Malware, they can do anything on your FeralHeart account, even in your game account.

I'd just PM a staff, as Starry said, or put up some protection in your server --- but the better option is PMing a staff. They'll help you, hopefully.

Hello I need help
I made an account and activated it, downloaded the game and tried to login with my info from the email, but when I try to login it says its incorrect when I put the log-in information in as it told me to. I don't know if it is a ban or hack but it won't let me do anything. And I haven't even played ONCE

What do I do?

I suggest posting a new thread instead of posting on someone's elses. But, if your username is 16 characters or longer, the server will not let you log in and you will have to create another account. If you have numbers in your user, don't use the numpad to type them in.

Also, sometimes symbols will be glitchy. Hope this helps!

This is a very common issue that has been going around lately with random people getting banned
talking about bans on the forum is however not allowed as it is part of the rules not to discuss bans C:
Your best bet is to PM one of the mods on the staff list, explain to them what has happened and they may be able to look into it for you sometimes with it being a "ban glitch" mods sometimes cannot lift the ban and you will have to wait it out
