Thanks for the report but in the future please private message a moderator about it. Reporting people publically shames their name and regardless of what they did they don't deserve that. Privacy is best for these types of matters. I shall take care of this.
Locking this thread and removing the image. Also note for the future, when you send reports do not alter the image in any way this includes cropping. Just send us the screenshot the way it was saved in your screenshots folder.
