Feral Heart won't open up

So my old laptop died out. And I managed to fix up an old computer downstairs which hasn't been used since 2010. It's Windows XP and I tried opening it but as far as it opens up is to the OGRE Engine Rendering Setup and once I press "OK" it starts out as a black screen, and it doesn't even say Feral Heart.exe has stopped working or anything. It's just black and immediately closes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've ran it as administrator, and nothing.. I've restarted my computer alot. And I have no mods or anything added to FH. Is Feral Heart not compatible to my Windows XP? I've been at this for weeks now but no process so far.

I have no idea what may have happened at that point. Since you've already restarted your computer and reinstalled FH, the only thing left on my mind is perhaps that you're missing the DirectX install that came with the setup of FH, since without that, after I copied FH onto my tablet, it refused to start.

As for FH running on Windows XP, it's supposed to work. I've got an old computer that I share on one monitor with my new one and it's a windows XP. FH used to run fine on it.

hi. first my feral heart was having troubles quitting. so before i would always restart my mac computer. then, i looked up how to force quit the app and that worked. when i tried to open feral heart, it wouldn't open. i re downloaded it and reinstalled it so many times. please help.

It's okay, we can somehow fix this Ashley. Remove the whole Feralheart file from your computer, let no files stay there, meaning you should uninstall it completely. Download it the Man version and run it. If it doesn't work this time, that means there is a problem with your computer running it because it works perfectly fine. c:
