Characters Not Working?

Hi there. I have been trying to get onto two of my characters for a while. I usually go onto my wolf character to see if my buddies are online, then go to the rest of my characters. Two of my characters, a cat and a wolf, never work anymore! I tried going onto them first, they still didn't work. All my other characters are working perfectly, but then I go onto the two characters, and my FeralHeart just crashes, and I don't understand why. Can somebody help me?

No idea why your characters are causing your game to crash. Might I suggest trying the Character Reset system.

All you have to do if a character of yours gets stuck on any map is to use the character reset option on the top right of the forum by your log in info.

Going off of Ingredient here c: Instead o the tab saying Character Reset, it should say User Panel c: Just log in, find the character and hit either Reset Home or Go Home, re-run the game and you should be good <3
