Problems With Logging Into The Game

I just downloaded the game.
And I was REALLY excited to play.
When it finally got downloaded I brung up the game.
First my cursor wasn't moving, and I thought it was a
first time download thing.
Well it keeps happening repeatedly.
Is this just a first time download thing?
Plus, everything was frozen, my cursor.
And the background wasn't moving like it should.
But the music was still playing.

hmm, you may have somehow downloaded it wrong, or you may not have the right requirements for the game, for example you may have to download "Wine", which helps the game run if you are on a mac (or other). Another reason why you may be experiencing difficulties, is that your wifi/internet connection may not be strong enough for FH, or you downloaded it from the wrong site (reinstall and download from here:)). If you are still experiencing problems, try contacting one of the staff members (if really necessary) or look around the forum for tutorials about how to fix the "frozen screen/mouse". Hope this helps, if i interpreted your post wrong, sorry. However I think I got it right .

^ And does this happen in any other programs? It sounds like some sort of graphics glitch if the background was not moving correctly. I'd recommend first trying this, however I'm not sure if this will actually cause a change if the mouse is acting buggy in the game. http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=43234.0 - If that does not work, you should try reinstalling the game from a completely new setup (only the setup, not the patch) from this site's downloads section. Make sure you completely uninstall the version you currently have now.

@Takavia - I should probably note that that "Wine" (linkie link: WineHQ) program is for systems using Mac, Linux, and similar-operating OS's to allow normally Windows programs to run on Mac, etc. I do not believe it increases the performance of the game, sadly. ;o; If Grey uses windows, I wouldn't think they could download it anyway since it's for the operating systems listed above.

This is possibly due to your computer not installing the files correctly. If redownloading doesn't help, state your exact problem.
