I can't get online

Hello! 
My friend made my join Feral Heart, so she wanted to show me how to play.
But when i try to log on the game it doesn't work, and I use HER computer, which can log on from her own user, but it doesn't seem to work with my user, could anybody help?

Unfortunately your username isn't allowing you to log in because it goes above the 15 character limit. Usernames with more than 15 characters log in fine on site but will not work in game. I apologize for the inconvenience but you're probably going to have to create a new account.

Afraid not as far as I know, floof. The only way to access the game at this point is registerin' for a new user.
