Won't start back up

I just exported a map for a group, and when I got done, I exited out so that way I could put it on mediafire. Once that was done, I opened FH, and before it could even get to the "KovuWorks" image, it turned grey and suddenly stopped working. I tried restarting my computer and that didn't help. Could someone please tell me what to do or what needs to be done? It keeps opening up to the rendering system, and I hit "Ok," but it keeps doing the same thing over and over.

Try removing your map from the exports folder and relaunch the game and see if it makes a difference because it could just be FeralHeart being a derp with your mape. If not, try deleting other maps from exports tat you no longer use. Also make sure that you don't have double files (example: two of the same particle files). If that also doesn't work come back and we'll see what we can do to fix it. Again, it could just be FH not cooperating with your map, the main reason could be due to the size of it or how many objects/particles are used in it.

That isn't working. I did exactly like you said, and there are no double files. Still keeps going to a grey screen.

Hmm... did you download anything new to FeralHeart before you exported your map at all? That could have done something. If not try switching to Direct3D9 through the ogre.cfg file in your main FeralHeart folder. Open that up in Notepad or any word document and replace it with this:

if it still doesn't work, try coming back and tell mew if there are any changes at all.

There are still no changes. It keeps going grey and saying Feral Heart.exe has stopped working. Would it work if I uninstalled then reinstalled it?

Hopefully, yes. But make sure thay you already have the FeralHeart Setup on your computer because the FeralHeart download doesn't appear to be working at the moment, or so I've heard and seen. Make sure to keep back ups of your maps etc... so you don't have to re-install those.

Ok I've done everything and nothing is working! Do I need to redownload the whole thing again? I'm just very upset about this and it's very frustrating.

Hey never mind, I fixed it! Turns out, I did have duplicate particle files. Now that it's been taken care of, the game is back up. Thanks for your help!
