Unable to Log In

I think I deserve a "Most Frequent Visitor" award for the Help Boards  ::)

Anyway. I'm unable to log in. The server is online, I am not typing in my forum name, and I am not using capslock or the numpad on my computer. Those seem to be common issues. What else can I try?

Have you sucessfully logged into the game before? Take a look at these:

Nothing in the quote applies to this situation, I'm afraid. And no, I haven't been able to login with this account yet. I tried yesterday but had the same problem.

My password isn't, but I think my username may be closer to 20 characters. Is that a problem?

Aw I'm afraid you'll have to make a new account then. Accounts over 16 characters are not reconized. The registration opens daily for about two hours. :) Good luck!
