The Atua is a semi-realistic, semi-literate, and hopefully active pride roleplay!
Led by Papatuanuku, the roleplay will be sited and unmapped for a long period of time, and is currently looking for new members!
There is currently no plot surrounding this pride, other than Papatuanuku having created a rag-tag group of lion/esses and trying to make it into a decent pride.
We have the open ranks:
Hunter, Scouts, Guards, Cubs, and maybe cubsitters

For you to join, you must have a semi-realistic character, and you must be atleast an ok roleplayer (Been roleplaying seven years guys, takes a lot to impress me)
I would prefer if you have a timezone around the Australia/New Zealand area, but if you are one of the people who like to stay up really late, you are welcome.
We currently have six members, BUT THIS ROLEPLAY WILL NOT BE ACTIVE UNTIL THE 29TH OF NOVEMBER.
I will check back on the 28th of November to check and accept characters, but I will not be checking the site from the 23rd.

I don't want to overwhelm you with a sample so I'll try and make this brief though tell me if you'd like me to change something.

Killion sat, hidden mostly amongst the tall grass surroundings him.  His jaws parted slightly, enough to reveal his massive teeth.  He scented the air calmly.  When he didn't pick up anything he lowered his body down, his tail resting beside him.  He yawned boredly and plopped over on his side, his chest rising and lowering evenly. Killion kept his ears perked for any sort of sound that was to disturb his peace, though all he heard was the chirping of birds.  Rival lions tended to stay away from him but it's better safe than sorry.
