Preset Problems... again.
« on: December 07, 2014, 10:35:53 pm »
Yay, I'm back on the help thread. xD

So, I made a full preset yesterday. Worked perfectly fine. I saved all the files, and went to sleep so I could test out the preset the next day. {Today}

I go and upload the .fhp file to mediafire, then go to test out the preset in-game. I pick a character, and open the 'use preset' tab. The file isn't there. I re-uploaded it from the preset maker, double checked my .material file, and even re-named the .fhp file to my username so it looks like: XxMidnightX.fhp
Still not there.
I have 3 other presets saved, and they worked perfectly fine.

Long story short, the preset doesn't appear in the 'Use Preset' tab.

Screenshots can be provided if necessary.
I had the preset saved in Preset 3, if that helps any.

Try deleting that preset from your presets folder and re-exporting your preset in the preset maker. It could be that the preset file itself doesn't want to export your preset so you might have to try using a different preset folder instead and export it from there~

Tried both out, and the file still didn't load into the use preset tab.
All the other presets I have are fine. It's weird that it shows up in the preset maker, but not in-game itself.

If this is so, there might be a problem with the exporter. I've heard of instances where the preset won't show up in the game after exportin' 'n the like no matter what one may do. However, the problem seemed to have fixed itself once those who have endured the problem re-downloaded the game so ye' could try that out. Be sure to save yer map/preset/texture/etc. files in a separate folder beforehand though so ye' can just move them back into their proper destinations once ye've re-downloaded the setup files.

Should I save a copy of the whole FeralHeart folder?

I'd personally just copy/save the Exports, Media, and the Presets folder then rid of the rest since ye'll simply obtain them again with the setup less I'm mistaken.
