Since most antiviruses are an impediment to most of my games and plus I can murder most viruses on my own.
Actually, it's at 8.1, so maybe that's why?
I got a Dell Inspiron 15. :V
Can't change rendering subsystem apparently.

FINALLY got it to work! Home sweet home.
In case if anyone gets this, DO NOT USE VUZE BECAUSE VUZE IS A BUTT AND WILL MURDER YOUR FILES. Also careful with that regular download, it seems to stop at around 65% and say it's done, which leads to the corrupted files issue.
