Someone tell me how we can do to other people to see the preset? eg the person has the mesmo preset my ... I see her and she mine? I had done something once but do not even remember.

You will have to download the person's .fhp file to view their preset, and they will have to download your .fhp to see yours.
'Tis quite simple.
Download their preset, then copy/paste the .fhp file into Local Disk>> Feral Heart >> Presets.

Getting a Preset In-Game

I have to go to the person?

Let me see if I can make this a bit more clear(er).

Once you have exported your preset (in which case is your Nybu.fhp file), you'll need to transfer said file over to your friend in order for they to see you in-game.
This can be done by uploading the file to a file sharing site such as Mediafire or Dropbox, even Skype if you have one.
Once your friend has downloaded the file, they'll need to place it in the destination Ms. Jim provided,

Local Disk>> Feral Heart >> Presets.

Afterwards, when they start up the game, they'll be able to see your preset in-game.
Your friend will have to do the same as you in order for yourself to see their preset.

I'll give him lower my fhp and he will have q give it to I download? or I just need the mine and when it will download entar all right?

You will have to give your friend a copy of your Nybu.fhp file.
They on the other hand will have to give you their .fhp file (their username should be inserted just before the .fhp, like your own).
Then the two of you will have to place each others .fhp file in said destination quoted above.
Re-launch/start up the game and voila, you two should be able to see each other.

You both will need each other's .fhp files in order to see one another.

Yes, he in turn will have to give you his own .fhp in order for you to see him.
