Just wondering, why is registration closed all the time? When does it open again?

The registration times for the game open at random, no one can predict when exactly times will be open so all you can do is really check up as often as possible and see if you can catch an open time, there's no speedups or ways around this. Simply keep on trying until you spot open times.
