Sometimes map processes on the server get stuck for that individual map. It's most likely to happen to maps in which people go into and leave back and fourth a lot that doesn't remain having one active client within, this causes it to restart a lot and increase chances of actually getting stuck eventually, at least, that's how it appears and seemed like over the years.
There's not much that can be done in most of the cases except waiting it out until a complete server restart has taken place because there's nothing else that appears to fix this issue. Since there's more than yourself that has the same problem to "one" particular map it will remain stuck until the server restart that we cannot know for certain when it will take place, and you could always reset your character position to lonely cave within the site's user panel.
