Something I've Tried Solving For 3 Days

Hey there, I really need your help.

So I've been wanting to download the game again because I renewed my laptop. Once I downloaded the files, something like this appeared up which I don't understand:



The whole file has been downloaded, nothing missing. But it still said the download has failed and I can't open up the game. Anyone can kindly help me, please?

Have you tried re-downloading DirectX off of Microsoft's official website?
